Rabea Ataya is the Founder and CEO of Bayt.com, which was launched in Dubai in 2000 at Dubai Internet City. Rabea is also a founder and has served in leadership roles in vFairs, YallaMotor, Talentera, AfterHire, Mumzworld, Gonabit, and InfoFort.

Rabea graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Economic Systems.

Akram is responsible for directing technology strategy, software development, and product delivery at Bayt.com. Prior to co-founding Bayt.com, Akram had worked in consulting at Oracle and Andersen Consulting where he led the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions to leading corporations and Middle Eastern governments.

Akram is a graduate of Jordan University with a BSc in Computer Science.

Ola leads the Human Resources department at Bayt.com. She brings to her role over 17 years of experience in HR and Operations. Today, her key responsibilities include formulating and executing Human Resources strategies and overseeing the organizational performance management process with the leadership team.

Ola has a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from the German Jordanian University.

Sumedha is responsible for the product and data strategy across Bayt.com's portfolio of products. She manages the end-to-end product lifecycle and drives alignment toward the company's North Star. In her earlier roles, she led the design and delivery of a suite of products across the food and healthcare industries.

Nauman’s role involves defining the strategic direction and developing expansion plans at Bayt.com and its group entities. He is responsible for financial planning, setting KPIs across the organization, risk management, and handling local regulatory and tax compliances across multiple geographies.

Nauman is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a fellow member of Chartered Certified Accountants, and a Certified Internal Auditor
